Guest guest
Hi All: Regarding drawing up a will that states what your last wishes are: Have you every heard of "Five Wishes"? The contents include: The The person I want to make care decisions for me when I can't; The kind of medical treatment I want or don't want; How comfortable I want to be; How I want people to treat me; What I want my loved ones to know." If you want to order this very comprehensive booklet, call: 1-. The address: Aging with Dignity, P.O. Box 1661, Tallahassee, Florida 32302-1661. Email address: www.agingwithdignity.org --- Even if the Five Wishes form isn't used, the questions it asks give pause for thought, and ihas been very helpful to help me decide what I want done at the end of my life. I am finding all the emails, information and caring from the group very helpful. Best of all, I've learned I don't automatically have a 3-6 years life span now that I've been diagnosed, and that exercise is crucial, not only for continued well-being and positive outlook, but to ensure the best possible help for my lungs. I thank you all. Rita Get MSN Messenger with FREE Video Conversation - the next best thing to being there!
