you would be surprised how many children are iodine deficient, that

have the problem you mentioned. Their parents can do tests on the children

with there doctor. It is a urine test how easy is that.. got that information

from Balas Ph.D. Naturopath instructor is the real deal.

I take HMS90 as well and as I understand, it does not have all the

precursors to make glutathione - it is a cysteine product. If a person does

not have all the precursors and takes a lot of HMS90, it can be slightly

dangerous. I can only take one package a day as the rushing sound in my

ears is too loud. I have assumed this is because I am lacking something so

am experimenting with different vitamins to figure out what it is.

They are giving autistic kids lipoceutical glutathione which I understand to

be one of the more easily absorbed forms of glutathione.

Jeff,

I am a little confused...are you saying that there is a link between

glutathione and iodine? or that the rushing sound in my ears is caused by

iodine deficiency?

Thanks

Do you mean you have a ringing sound in your ears?

People get a ringing in their ears from taking too

much aspirin. If you can find out what causes the

ringing in people's ears because they take too

much aspirin, maybe this would help you understand

all this more. Just a thought.

Thanks for the suggestion but I think I have pretty much narrowed it

down to weak adrenals possibly coupled with a damaged detox pathway (meaning

I lack one of the nutrients needed to make glutathione). I am experimenting

with B6, B3, and B2 to see if they have any effect.

By the way, I have noticed significant improvement from taking selenium

which is needed to make glut - maybe it is just a selenium thing and I am

not taking enough (who is to know?)

How is the gingo going by the way?

I believe the thyroid hormones (and perhaps all the

hormones) are made with the help of protein. I'm not

saying a high protein diet would help YOU make adrenaline,

but you might want to consider it. You could try fat-free

tuna for 4 days, perhaps a lot of it. Just a idea. If that

works maybe switch to organic free range chicken white

meat without skin(?) to avoid possible mercury concerns.

Your memory is good! Tried the ginkgo for a short time

and didn't notice anything. Maybe someday I'll try

Aniracetam (spelling?). It is a drug. Not going to school

so I guess a average memory doesn't really matter anyway.

, many people with lyme are told to take this and I've heard it's good stuff we need. I know people who take it and only heard good things about itTo: miralax Sent: Sat, May 5, 2012 9:33:44 AMSubject: glutathione

Hi -

Has anyone used this to repair a gut? What method of intake did you use? How did it work out?

Thanks!
