Guest guest
I had to sleep with my 12 year old last night (visiting my mom's and not enough beds) and realized that she is moving her lower jaw back and forth, making popping sounds in her jaw joints throughout the night. She had done this a few years back during the day, but we were able to break the habit by calling her attention to it. But I have no idea how to address it when she's sleeping. I'm praying she hasn't been doing this in her sleep since. I don't want TMJ issues, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated? Guest guest
Good morning,A visit to your dentist and a request for a guard to wear at night should fix the problem.
