Based in recent neuroscience research, The Intuitive Body is a two-hour introductory class that will teach you how to listen to internal signals from the four neuroplexes of the vagal system that communicate intuitive information. Using embodied mindfulness exercises, you will be introduced to three components of listening through your body, and increase your own capacity for intuitive awareness.
