Authentic

Movement is the simple practice of freely moving from and following one’s inner

impulses while being witnessed in a non-judgmental and empathic way.  The practice of Authentic Movement

supports one’s health, creativity and relationships and is a way of getting in

touch with oneself on a deeper level. 

Additionally, Authentic Movement will allow one to create a space in

one’s “plugged-in” life for quiet listening to what one needs, desires and

intuitively knows.

 

This

Workshop will serve as an introduction for those who have never practiced before

and will serve to deepen ones understanding of the form and process for those

who have practiced before.  All are

welcome and encouraged to participate. 

There will be a brief introduction to the practice and then we will

engage in the direct experience of the form.  Pertinent readings will be provided and discussed during the

workshop.
