They talk down to everyone present, informing the members of how things *should* be done! It's insulting to those who have given hundreds, perhaps thousands of hours of their time to the cause. Not a very good first impression, LOL! This reminds me of a new neighbor who came whoopin' and ridin' into town, just in time for his first monthly Homeowners Association meeting. The new sheriff announced his arrival to the Board, informing them that he wanted to take over as webmaster for our Association's website, the design of which he disapproved. Fortunately, the neighbor appointed by the Board to maintain our website was not in attendance that night! lol Best, ~CJ

I grew up watching and following a lot of sports.. so the team analogy sounded perfect to me. > > > > ** Maybe something can be created and put under the Files section of this group. Maybe an article can be written and be put into the Aspires website. I am happy to write up an article and give it to Helen/ for their approval. > > Hi , > Judy started the current incarnation of this awesome topic with a list of suggestions that you can find here: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/aspires-relationships/message/16112 > I don't know if Judy plans to come up with a final draft, or this was thrown out for us to continue developing so maybe ask her what she had in mind .. maybe she might welcome your help to get it into a permanent fileworthy format. > - Helen > PS, I still love your rookie and the team analogy, >
