Make your own Jello > 2 packages unflavored gelatin or 2 tbs. bulk gelatin > 1 package any flavor unsweetened soft drink mix (like Kool-Aid) > 4 cups water > Artifical Sweetener to taste. I usually use 4 packets of the pink stuff > and a few drops of liquid stevia. > > Measure one cup of cold water in a microwave proof bowl. Sprinkle > the gelatin on the water. Allow gelatin to soften for 1 or > 2 minutes. Place bowl in microwave and cook for 3 to 5 minutes > on high until the liquid is clear. It doesn't have to boil. > When the gelatin and water are clear, add the other 3 cups of > water and the softdrink mix. Stir until the softdrink mix is completely > dissolved.
