Guest guest
Hello All! Bruce was finally given his end date for work, and that will be Friday. It is funny for someone basically being " fired " that he was given a wonderful Job roll Off luncheon by his co workers. They took him to a nice restaurant for lunch, and gave him a huge gift certificate for Best Buy. He is ready to go, but the actual meeting on Friday will be stressful. This was the highest amount of people to attend a roll off luncheon ever. Only one person that was invited did not attend due to being out of the country. Friday is when we will find out if we will get a severance package, medical insurance, etc. The insurance is vital during transition due to the girls medical needs, and my huge medical issues and needs. The last time he was laid off we had a tornado, and shortly after that a fire that distroyed a modular home that we owned and was renting. For those who are Christian, I would appreciate prayers that God directs us to where we should be going, and provides Bruce with an excellent job that he can be happy at, and provide well for our family. We are really trying to follow God's lead at this time, and hope that our obediance will lead us easily this time. It will be SO stressful for Bruce to have his last day and meeting. Because of security issues he will be stripped of all of his key cards, etc. and will be walked out of the building by management or security personnel. I pray that he handles this emotionally well and is able to exit gracefully. Any prayers that we are guided through this transition smoothly would be appreciated. I know through all of the stress I have been really flaring, and I definately fussed at the girls too much today. I have never seen someone getting " fired " take three months. Wierd?? If I were single without three precious girls to take care of I would just look at this like an adventure. Unfortunately, having a home, and needing to stay in the area to support my parents helath needs is paramount. Definately takes the fun out of change. One blessing that we are grateful and appreciate is that Hannah's first phase of orthodontia was paid for in full by our insurance company, and the orthodontist took 7% off of our bill! What a lovely man. This will mean that we will not have monthly payments of at least $125.00. God is good. I truly hope that I have offended none, and that it is understood how much I appreciate this group. Barbara

While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general. 2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better. Have a nice day everyone. Guest guest
((((((((Barbara)))))))))) Don't fret, God will come through for you and your family. We have been in some really tight places ourselves even to the point of losing our home, but we never were homeless or without food. Please keep us updated. gentle hugs, Sundra
