But I have a feeling that I can't do the cod liver oil thing because of the wounds in my legs aren't completely healed yet still (has been 3+ years since my last skin graft). So questions to group---Cod liver oil: That's interesting Has anyone ever used cod liver oil instead of predinisone? How does it work exactly for asthma? I'm always looking for something nautural instead of taking predinisone and all this other stuff. I haven't posted here yet, but i guess this is as good a time as any to start. I'm been browsing around the different wonderful posts this morning and decides j really want to be a part of this group. My name is , I'm seventeen years old and have been fighting asthma since I was twelve. It kicked in kind of late to be childhood asthma, but at the time I was swimming competitively two hours a day and a trip to the doctor complaining of constant coughing resulted in a diagnosis of asthma and albuterol inhaler prescription. Over the next year my Asthma worsened and I was put on Advair and Singulair. After I went to the emergency room (ER) I was given a nebulizer machine, and a trip to an ear nose and throat (ENT) resulted in a prescription for QVAR and ktwo different rescue inhalers. Right now I'm seeing the docor who's treated me for the last three years. He tries to use as little prescriptions as possible and use natural and supplemental methods of healing. I'm taking cod liver oil which acts like a controller steroid as well as my rescue inhalers which are albuterol ( HFA and CFC) and xopenex (llevalbuterol) .Nice to meet you all. I'll be sticking around unless a miracle happens. - in California- in California> >>> >>> >>>> >>>> >>>Has anyone ever tried this Salt inhaler? I'm just desparete.
