' 03.I went in on aFri. morning, had the procedure at about 5:30 that afternoon and was out about 7:00 the next morning. I was sore for a few days but was back to work the following Weds.. The only side affect, long term, are the scars from the procedure. If I get a chest cold or am coughing badly for some reason that area may get a little achy. I believe it is well worth the above to know exactly what is in there. Gordon Arlene Arlene:You asked me about the side effects of lung biopsy, and all I remember is the lung doctor telling me the percentage of side effects is quite high.
