Guest guest Posted March 11, 2005 Report Share Posted March 11, 2005 Good advice Kaylene, one of my PT's also suggested, which works for me sometimes, is to put 2 tennis balls in a sock, and while laying on your back, position them so they hit on either side of your spine. roll them up & down to loosen the tight muscles.
