I saw this the other day, and why were they taking blood and urine for testing too?

Did they take a full medical evail and ask the student anything?

With so many schools being locked to allow visitors why was a hospital nurse allowed authority over a student, to give 4 vaccines, draw blood and urine from her?

This school should be held accountable too! Do they feel they have full rights over our children now?

Schools CAN NOT administered EVEN an aspiring to students WITHOUT parental consent AND a doctor's prescription!! These events are MOST CERTAINLY in violation of the law. The MUST be addressed as such in court.Loretta,AdvocateSent from my iPad2

Were any of these shots required for the child to attend school? Did the mother not have a waiver on file? You must have a govt waiver not just a note. Not that this will save you really. But what the justification may be and you may not know this, but when your child is in school your parental rights are waived if they think your child is in danger. This is what CPS told me when they came to " interview " my kindergartner and my 5th grader about their brother who wandered off. I had no legal right to sue them for the psychological damage it caused my still shaken children when 3 days later two adults came from CPS,  took them into a room and asked them questions about if Mommy and Daddy ever hurt them or took drugs. (all without my knowledge or permission) A neighbor called me and asked why my children were seen hugging each other in school and crying. I was LIVID. CPS finally came out to interview me and my husband of neglect. NEGLECT!!!!!! The only person neglected around here are my other children who have to miss a great deal of my attention and time because their brother needs constant attention. I now have push button locks on my doors that require a code to get out that we had to install ourselves because it's against fire code. It works btw.....I also have screwed locks on the windows. 

It's enough to make you want to homeschool. Trina

Of course I am livid about this, too, and it just strengthens my resolve about home schooling.  My son has a lifetime medical exemption from an immunologist.  You would think that that would stop other doctors from trying to vaccinate my kid, but even knowing this -- during the H1N1 fabricated scare to boost profits, I had to take my son to his pediatrician due to his regular bouts with respiratory problems and infections -- it was nothing that hadn't occurred roughly every two weeks since regression.  But the pediatrician begins to try to talk me into giving him the H1N1 and the regular flu shot  because he has " asthma. "

Now I am of a mind to think a lot of kids diagnosed with asthma really just have adrenal issues.  For my son's " asthma " a host of medications were prescribed over the years.  Many had possible severe and even life threatening side effects.  Once they prescribed oral steroids which caused a psychotic episode.  One pediatric pulmonologist devised a plan whereby my son would be on a schedule of multiple steroids throughout the day. (We rejected that plan).  These meds worked fair at best and caused our son to gain inordinate amount of weight and also put him at risk for juvenile diabetes and cataracts.

First, I rejected the pediatrician's suggestion I vaccinate and I was appalled he would even suggest it knowing my son had a medical exemption that states:   " To re-vaccinate this child, in my professional appear, will cause further neurological and immunological damage. "  But this physician -- if I had said " Okay "  would have done it in a heartbeat, and if my son would have further regressed or had a reaction that caused death, they would have said, " Oh, gee sorry.  Here's your hat.  What's your hurry? "  Then when we wouldn't vaccinate, they started saying they were just sure he had H1N1 already and made us go over to the hospital to have it ruled out.  Of course it was.

I find it amazing, that after having added adrenal support and ALA (per AC Protocol) that my son's " asthma " is 95% better than all previous years and he has needed NO steroids.  We keep the Xopanex and his nebulizer handy, and there have been a few times for these, but usually if I up his adrenal support after he shows symptoms, he is then symptom free for a good while.

When we went back last year, and my son was doing so much better and I did tell the doc what supplements he was on -- what could he say?  It is all natural stuff and you can by ALA at Wal-Mart if you wanted to.  And what does the doc say?  He says, " Well, I have no problems with that...You know...It really is all about 'First, do no harm. "

Please, is there anyone laughing as hard as I am now thinking about what he said?  I had to fight not to burst out laughing in his office!  But then the next time we went back was after a report from another parent whose child has autism and she told me the nurse practitioner there FIRED her from their clinic because she wouldn't vaccinate her kids!

So the next time we went back, they put us in a room WAY in the back, and I really got scared they were going to come in a vaccinate my son against my will.  I don't meant o be paranoid, but after all, they GLORIFIED the doc on " Private Practice " for doing that to one of his patients.  And of course they made measles look like leprosy on the show too.

Trina, I am so sorry you had to go through that with CPS.  I know how horrifying and saddening that can be when someone assumes or accuses you of abuse or neglect.  I went through it with my elderly mother who has dementia.  My half-sister wanted money and when I wouldn't give her any, she filed a false report in retaliation (she had already stolen my mother's identity and got caught in that)  I had to go through all the interviews and investigation, and of course it was false, but what angers me is that in TEXAS, anyone can file a false report just out of revenge, and even when it is found to be false, you cannot sue and they get off free.

So far Ethan is not a runner.  He used to be when he was little, but now he stays close.  He has a life-threatening allergy to fire ants, so I have always had to keep a close eye on him.  I hope he never starts going outside without telling us.  Then we will have to do as you have done. For now we have a deadbolt that needs the key to open, so if I cannot be vigilant, I lock that.  Lord, help me if he ever figures out how to go out a window.

People -- just your regular people -- just have NO idea of the things we must consider.  Do they?Finally, I do not trust -- if my son had to go back to PS that they wouldn't try to vaccinate against my will.  So I do feel safer home schooling.

I wonder if this family has ANY recourse?
