Welcome to the group. Thanks for sharing your health problems with us. You

really do have a full plate of problems. What date is your surgery next month?

How long will you be in the hospital after surgery?

Do you take anything for your pain?

I think you will like it here. This is a great group with a lot of caring and

supportive members.

I have hypothyroidism, too. My docs think mine is from a heart med I used to

take. I'm not on the med anymore...but I still need to take synthroid.

Welcome to the group . Sorry to hear that you are having/have had

so many health problem. I am 41 and have a lot of health issues as well. I

have fibro, neck and lower back problems with radiculopathy, GERD, hiatal

hernia, hypertension, IBS, mitral valve prolapse, chronic sinusitis,

hypothyroidisn (Hashimoto's Disease) and a host of female problems over the

years and I'm sure I've forgotten something, lol. I have had a cervical

fusion, lumbar laminectomy and am in need of a further cervical fusion now

and having testing to find the cause of my continued lumbar radiculopathy.

So, I guess we could almost be twins, lol. This is a great group for

support. I was a medical transcriptionist and I have not been able to work

for the past two years.
