I just realized, while we were talking about years of experience, that it's

been awhile since Vern posted....has anyone heard from him lately? Once I

started to think about it, I got a little worried!!

Coming up on 10 years with current agency, exactly 6 years and some days with

the previous agency. With the help of a high-tech calculator, I estimate

that total to be in the vicinity of 16 years. That's around average for most

of us at our center.

count down.....

4 yrs, 2 months and 24 days left.

I will be quitting when my husband retires. He will

have 33 yrs as an officer, I will have 21 yrs as

a dispatcher.
