Well, in my experience it's up to you. Don't use others as an excuse

for feeling miserable.

If you talk about the 2nd as one of the four questions, then be aware

that the questions are an invitation.

I hear that you don't know whether you have ADD.

And you may explore your thoughts on ADD, and how your life would

look like if you knew you had it, or if you knew you did not have it.
