Hello and welcome to the group. I am very happy you decided to join

us and a 'gentle hug' your way. Yeah, I am a soul believer in the

Salon pas. They don't magically get rid of your pain, but they sure

do help. And the price is nice too!! :)

The one thing that pops into my mind to help with fatigue is SLEEP.

Not always easy to get i know. IF you don't like taking pills to

sleep i have found that green tea helps to relax my body,

and 'uncling' myself from my bed. Anykind of flavored tea should be

fine, as long as it says green tea.

Okay, I must have missed something in my daze. What is

Salon Pas?

Trouble is produced by those who produce little else.

Thanks so much for the welcome. It helps to know I'm not alone and

like I said, not crazy although this thing could make ya crazy. I

have a buddy at work that has fibromyalgia too. So we can learn from

each other and lean on each other too. Thanks for the idea of the

teas, I'll have to give it a try. Anything is worth a try at this

point. I thought I would be indulgent if I was to " treat " myself to a

massage, but I might have to try it out. I told my husband that it

almost feels like I have these balls of dough under my skin and I

need them to be broken up. Maybe that will help.

I will be checking out this group very frequently cuz it looks like

there's a lot of good info here.

Thanks again!
