For instance the Grlled Chicken Filet Sandwich at Chick-A-Filet is 12 carbs. But you have to watch everything their mayo is not pure mayo it is made with High Fructose Corn Syrup. Has more than 50 chain restaurants, including all the fast food places, and Fridays, Outback, etc. For each restaurant it has a Light and Lean Choice, and a Hearty and Healthy Choice, plus all the counts for practically it's whole menu, with best bets checked off. You may want to get the book - I started typing in all the best bets from the places you wrote, but it was more work than I had time for (sorry). There are so many fast food chains in america! Here in australia, we have Mcs, KFC, Hungrey Jacks (that's the same as Burger King, but we just have a different name), we're starting to get subways, Pizza Hut, and i can't think of any more...but anyways, i lived in america for 8 months in 97/98, and i was overwelmbed (sp?) by all the fast food chains, as well as other chains, like Dennys, s, geez, there was heaps, i just can't remember the names of them! Too many to remember!
