I was diagnosed with this about 10 years ago, only I didn't remember the

name. The doctor even let me see the cysts on ultra-sound. He said the pain

I felt was when they ruptured during ovulation.

I have lost an ovary due to this and nobody even bothered to tell me what

it was. Now I am truly amazed (and eternally blessed) that I was actually

able to have my kids.

Actually, with all the other pain I was feeling, it didn't seem all that

bad. But I could always tell when I was ovulating, lol!
