Guest guest Posted July 9, 2004 Report Share Posted July 9, 2004 Man, I am in such pain already from shoveling those rocks that I took my percocet (2) an hour and 45 minutes ago and I just took 2 more. I'm feeling better but the first dose didn't help at all. I think I see a night in the recliner tonight!! Our neighbor gave us their pool because they actually bid on one on ebay, a LARGE above ground pool, with a deck, and got it for $9.99 (that was not a type-o!) so they gave us their old one. My husband had put it on unlevel ground, sloping a little, because he wanted it to be shallow on one side for our little one. Ends up even in the deep end, he is fine. SO, we had rocks delivered last fall for another project, just 2 tons, and my husband used about 1/2 of them and the rest of the pile, not many, just sat there. So, we had to move the pool because, being unlevel, it looked like it may bust. We had to move the trampoline because although we have a large back yard, that was the most level spot. So, we had sand delivered yesterday to level the spot out better and to make the bottom smoother. The rocks were in the way. My dh was shoveling them the other day and threw his back out but the rest of them had to be moved so I was doing it with my 14 year old daughter, who, when it comes to work, is about worthless! So, I did most of them. Now the spot is level and we will move the pool tomorrow. The rocks are gone and I was in pain. Seem to be alright today, although you see it's 5 am on a saturday morning and I've been awake for 1 1/2 hours already!! Not from pain though. So, I told you it was a long story!!!!
