Its the same with me, some days I cant even lift my arms above my head.

Ive only been told about the shakes lately, seems someone is always

around when it happens and they point it out to me, I dont even notice

it till they do.

cooking, like when trying to pick up a skillet of food or the tea

pitcher. Somedays I have to use both hands to pick things up.

I experience that problem too. It is difficult for me to pick up some of my

pots for instance when I am boiling potatoes or something. I have to get my

hubby or one of my teens to do it for me.

i affectionately refer to myself as butterfingers. i lose my grip on

things lots of times, even when i'm not in a particularly bad flare.

yes,me too....and sometimes the weakness is so bad,i cannot pick up small

things,things that are not even heavy...and i drop so many things,all the

time....(((hugs))) carmen

Me too! Plus quite often I get pins and needles and numbness in the hands and

can't even feel whatever I am trying to pick up or manipulate.
