Anyone feel like their spine....

Hi everyone!

I hope all is well and everyone is getting a break from the pain. I've been

having a weird feeling in my spine lately and am curious if anyone else has felt

that way and knows why. It feels like there is a chunk of wood in the middle of

my spine, right below my waist and over to one side. Heavy is about the only way

I can explain it; it did start out as going numb & getting tingly in that area,

now it just feels heavy. It's not really painful, just an annoyance, but I've

noticed when it does feel like a chunk of wood that my hips & SI Joints hurt.

Any insight would be appreciated!
