I'm so dry, damn it, it just plain hurts. Talking about serious

internal dryness.

PS. Still searchining for some good moisturizer. I have just given up

trying to stand a tampon for those 3 second periods I still have.

1. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as

to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr.

Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to

certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.

2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't

be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that

situation better.

What a wrenching letter! I just hurt for you while I am reading it. Wish I

could make your pain vanish. But unfortunately I can't do that. I can't just

fatigue honestly,it is the last thing on my mind.

I am flaring really bad right now, and just being touched hurts. My

joints hurt so much that I can not think of happy thoughts. We have

experimented in a few ways. All leaving me in pain. My wonderful

hubby does not want to participate in things that will leave me

feeling awful.

I had really severe endometriosis. Having had a total abdominal

hysterectomy has left some of my female parts in poor condition. I

have been told that repair is not an issue because it only causes

more adhesions and scar tissue.

With three girls, and my parents, and having my medical issues taking

care of other people often leaves me in a state where I am

desperately needing to take care of myself. My husband does not

pressure me in anyway. He knows how bad I feel.

Having Irritable Bowel syndrome is a big issue. If I am cramping, or

having pain in my abdomen, I certainly don't want anyone to touch me.

I sleep upside down in the bed only for the reason that I don't get

bumped in the night. 6 weeks after having childbirth honey? No I

swear he said 6 years!

If I feel like playing any reindeer games with him and give him some

attention as best that I can avoid the big stuff and keep him happy.

I garantee that if men had this disease, the entire world would stop.

After 13 years of marriage, this one issue should not be the break of

a relationship. Today when I feel like I have swam miles and miles

and then realized how heavy I am once I reach the shore and stand up.

We do love eachother, and exchange lots of hugs etc. This shall get

better, and that is the hope we are holding onto right now. Having

the sex drive of an eggplant just sucks.

Do you use the KY-type suppositories? Also, there is a prescription

medication for vaginal dryness--Estrace. It works really well. I'm

post-menopausal,

so have dryness all the time now.
