HI catherine,

just wanted to let you know i had kind of a bad reaction to this

product. At first i thought i just had a 24 hour bug or something,

but then i had this dizziness that wouldn't go away. So i just

checked to see if there was any side effects for any of this stuff.

It said in high doses CPD choline can cause dizziness, but i was

thinking maybe taking it along with ginko caused the dizziness. also

acetyl L-Carnitine 500 mg can cause diarrhea and fever, which is what

i had. But i still think its worth a shot for people who don't have

side effects, cuz it turned on a part of my brain that hadn't been on

for awhile. Too bad it stopped. It seemed to let me play music

better. i could hear and play things better out of my head, like i

used to. But the dizziness was too much.
