Guest guest
hi shelley, i did have headaches when i took wholefoods brand, but when i switched to nature's resource i didn't . i had read that ginkoic acid causes the headaches, and some brands have more of this than others. Now if i stop taking it i'll get a headache but a different kind. one thats caused by too much serotonin. if i were getting a headache, i would chekc the brand. i don't know what you have in england (right country?), cut back the dosage, and if that didn't work stop altogether. -joe > Hi All > > I have just started taking the Gingko and have the most awful headaches, I took a second dose last night about 5pm and its now 12.30 lunchtime and my head is still bad. > I have said this to and she said she thought Joe had experienced headaches on taking the GIngko to. > > Can anyone offer any advice on this? > > Thanks guys > > Love
Guest guest
Hi Joe Yes right country I am in the UK. I wonder if I can get Nature's Resource from somewhere in the UK. I haven't taken anymore as yet, the headache still hasn't gone and it’s a pretty bad one, feels like immense pressure. I think I shall try and see if I can get some of the Natures Resource one, J or Tues may know. Fingers crossed! By the way, I made my Mum take it too and typical, but she didn’t have a headache at all!!! The GP announced today, that I am on a drug free holiday.............he doesn’t want to give me anything and said that everything they have ever given me has caused problems. Are they finally listening I wonder? Am off to bed now. See you all tomorrow Re: Gingko and Headaches hi shelley,i did have headaches when i took wholefoods brand, but when i switched to nature's resource i didn't . i had read that ginkoic acid causes the headaches, and some brands have more of this than others.
