Guest guest Posted June 21, 2006 Report Posted June 21, 2006 I have changed from Cortef to delta for my morning dose(5mg) then I take 10mg Cortef at noon and another 5-10 at bedtime. When I run out of the Cortef I want to replace it with Delta so I am wondering how to dose the Delta since it seems to stay in my system longer? I was taking 35-40 mg of the cortef before I switched but the Delta seems to really work better for me so will I need the equivalent amount of Delta or can I try a little less?
