Guest guest
First, I have read elsewhere that it is bad to mix Vitamin E with iron. Iron is in the mineral toddy and other mineral supplements. Any truth to this? Second, I posted last week about the study about Vitamin E. I did look further into Vitamin E. I didn't know there were different tocopherals for Vitamin E. Consequently, I switched from the cheap, synthetic Vitamin E with just the alpha tocopheral to a Vitamin E with mixed tocopherals. DO you think this will make any difference beyond just mild window dressing? Thanks and hope all had a great holiday. Casey
