Honestly, I am not sure why I am doing BFL. In the beginning I wanted

to lose the weight and WOW someone I lost. However, when I realized

that it would not be possible to get her back I faded. Lately I go to

the gym, release the energy and come home and eat. No amount of

reading or self reflection has helped. Until I can believe in myself

and what I am doing I will flounder. As for my goals:

1) Lose 25 pounds of fat by Dec. 25

2) Gain 8 pounds of muscle by Dec. 25

3) Eat 6 clean meals per day

4) Complete all scheduled workouts

5) Finish no matter what

BF%= 27.5 (Current)

Starting WT= 230

Current WT= 222.5

This will be week 3 starting today (Upper Body)

Okay, it is good that you have goals. Do you have a plan to

accomplish them? If you complete 3, 4 and 5, I think 1 and 2 will be

much easier to accomplish.

I hope I didn't piss you off! Put the Oreos back in the box and

slowly step away.

Have you tried the BFL Sucess Journal?

Andy,

Unless your a beautiful red haired woman, then no you didn't piss me

off. I looked at the success journal and wasn't interested. I know I

can do this, I just have to believe. I need to dig deep inside

myself, thats where it all begins!
