Guest guest
, I have been struggling for 4 days(almost anxity)to find what to say and how to say it. Your right no right words no easy way. no matter what, she will see it as an attack and she is going to go off on me. I would write a letter, but that maybe too impersonal? Do you think? I would like a chance to get out what I think and how I feel before she flips out. I witnessed the attemts to control, manipulate and the mis-guided anger. When my nada died and I severed ties with 2 out of 3 of my sister. I relied heavily on those left, and she was one of them. I didn't know than she was codependent. We had some contact as adults, but not like when we were kids. she was like an older sister. She was my older sister's best friend, my nada practically raised her. Anyone with any expirence with codepents and BP's will see that they have some similar triats, and that HITS way too CLOSE to home.
Guest guest
OK, she's likely to flip if you tell her anything... Perhaps not initiating any contact with her would be the best option. > , > > I have been struggling for 4 days(almost anxity)to find what to > say and how to say it.
