Guest guest
Dear jason, It really does work going to bed about 10.30pm.Try it and see for yourself it helps you get a bit more stable and like i said if you stay up late even one night you will feel it all the next day. It's not a miracle cure but it keeps away the confused state and helps you cope a bit better.I read in bed untill i fall asleep it's my way of blocking out the world so i can sleep. Guest guest
I read in bed untill i fall asleep it's my way of blocking out the world so i can sleep Hey, Ros, I'm with you on this part. I've been hitting the hay even earlier than I normally do -- about 9:30, and then reading for an hour, which relaxes my mind, and I'm fast alseep by 10:30 at the latest. The one or two nights that I stayed up past my bedtime while my sister was here (she's a night owl on top of everything else), I felt like utter crap the next day. When I vary from this routine, I have the worst brain fog ever in the morning, and part of the day, I also have no energy, and feel quite hopeless, so I've learned the value of a regular sleep schedule since I got off Paxil many years ago.
