I have chronic anemia so I have been looking for a cause when I came across an article that said you body cannot assimilate minerals if you are not in the proper PH balance. I don't pretend to be a health care provider but have been searching for a cause for my low iron level and stumbled across this interesting bit of information. I have also been diagnosed with thryoid problems and had problems taking both the synthetic and natural thryoid meds. I am reading now to see if this could be the reason. I'll check that out as I have heard off and on about pH levels and how they impact.. may be the hint I need to look into it more thoroughly.. the link had a comma where a 'dot' should be. I changed it and the file opens just fine...
