Hi EveryoneJust feel I needed to tell people who understand.I don't know how much more I can take right now, my feet are pure hell, I can't get relief from anything. I can harldy walk on them, I can't get to sleep and when I do the pain wakes me up. Hence, it is now nearly 5am, and yet again I am awake.I want my life back as we all do. I am working so God damn hard, I am now on less then a drop of cipromil. But I feel unless I can get some relief or answers for this pain, I am gonna hit rock bottom.I just don't know where to turn or what to do.I'm sorryI really have had enoughGod I pray you lot are doing better than me.To subscribe to the off-topic list go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/socialWandR/

I haven't been around long enough to know why your feet hurt so bad, however I was in the healthfood store today. The nuitritionist there said that they sell malic acid with magnesium to people with fibromyalgia that it helps with the pain. I was buying it to detox aluminum from my body. The brand I bought also contains 5-htp, valerian, hops,St. s, passion flower, chamomile. It is solaray brand. > > She said the herbs would also help with my effexor withdrawal. > Hope you feel better>> ** I don't recommend 5-HTP, St. 's Wort, Valerian, or herbal Chamomile for anyone coming off an SSRI. 5-HTP is unproven and unpredictable. Valerian is tough on the kidneys and should be used only occasionally. St. JW and chamomile raise serotonin. You don't wantto be manipulating serotonin when your brain is attempting to handle the serotonin it has with fewer receptors with which to do this because of the drug(s) you took. This is an ongoing problem with people who are employed in health food stores. They think the goal is to mimic the drug you are decreasing or have discontinued. It's not. The premise for SSRIs is a lie so any recommendations that come from this premise are flawed. Magnesium with nothing added will do the same thing and do it safely.
