Guest guest
Should I go to the normal fish oils ..the non cod liver oil ones.. ?? just wondering if anyone could sway me the right way . thanks nne It's always been my understanding that cod liver oil should only be taken during the winter months when you cannot get a sufficient amount of Vit D if you live in certain areas. Carlson makes a salmon oil. That's what I use. "Blind Reason" a novel of pharmaceutical intrigue Think your antidepressant is safe? Think again. Guest guest
Hi, I am taking carlsons fishoil but the cod liver oil type because it was lemon flavored.. I am doing as recomended 5 gr. a day or 6 gr. .. but now I read the files and am a bit worried , am I getting too much vitamin A,D and E .. I know they are not water soluble and build up and there is alot in there .. 1 tsp alone has A 1100mg, D400IU, and E10 IU. I dont want to od on these things..and I am taking 5 to 6 x this amount to make the 5 to 6 gr.a day.. but the thing is I dont want to stop the fish oils cause I am starting to feel a bit calmer on them . Should I go to the normal fish oils ..the non cod liver oil ones.. ?? just wondering if anyone could sway me the right way . thanks nne

I've been taking these. At the Prozactruth.com website, they also have a schedule for you to follow in taking the fish oil. http://www11.netrition.com/pbl_pure_omega3_page.html I looked around at several websites for other fish oil but couldn't find as much as are in these capsules for the money. I'm gonna keep looking, but this is a good brand with no "D" in it and no odor! Liz KS
