Guest guest
, I have been using EFT since last September. I have sessions once a week over the phone with an EFT therapist from Chicago (Mercola Clinic). I have found it to be extremely helpful. Recently someone sent me some DVD's so that I could begin doing it myself. So far I've found it to be more effective when I do it with someone. I was told it had something to do with "more energy"? I definitely have not had any negative effects from it, only positive. Good luck! Kendee
Guest guest
Dear , You said: <<Just wondered if any of you knew anything about EFT ( Emotional Freedom Technique) I am considering trying it to try and get rid of my panic attacks. Has anyone else tryed it? Would appreciate your views?>> ** Anything that focuses one's intention upon making something happen is helpful. It's almost hupnotic in nature. I've seen it work well where emotional issues are significant enough or overshadow physical symptoms. If you try it, please report your progress. Others can benefir from knowing your experience.
