Let's get graphic, why not? I posted a a few weeks ago about my experience of loss of libido, becoming inorgasmic and there was little or no response.

It is only SEX after all, let's drop the coyness and talk about this?

Hi Enid,

I am glad not to have had to deal with a sex drive whilst being so ill these last few years. I mentioned my 'condition' to a friend who said, how sad for you. Well no I said, it is quite the opposite because what could be worse than feeling rampart in the sex department and not having the energy to do anything about it. It would be like an itch that could not be scratched - lol !

BUT, having said that, I intend to get well, am on that road and I will want my sex drive back at some point so that is my concern.

er. ok. being blunt here too. for the first couple of weeks off paxil, i had vivid "dreams" and would wake up with an orgasm. that stopped and i am back to no libido at all. i am now off the depo shot too, so i guess i'll see how things do.

depo prevara, contraceptive shot.. i've been hearing bad things about it for a while, tho the only thing i could really pin on it was the loss of libido, weight gain, and severe edema.
