I know there are some ppl in texas, lousiana ect and i hope you are all safe as well as your loved ones you may know in these areas. I cant imagine how scary a hurricane would be to have in area ( i still remember a hurricane gloria that hit us up north when i was really young) but this is what kept dennis from agreeing to move to the beach /shore area of nc....that was my orig plan but we ended up 4hrs inland lol. Guest guest Posted July 23, 2008 Report Share Posted July 23, 2008 Hi ...Louisiana will not suffer from this hurricane, But Texas beaches, and bit of Mexico stand to have flooding much like Katrinas, I have been through a tropical storm when I lived in Florida, and it wasnt pretty!! our prayers are with them,too.
