It was one of the things that my husband was told in his nutrition seminar that was recommended for bariatric patients to reduce the effects of a cold. Guest guest
What do you want to know? ie:review... my personal experience has only been twice and both times it worked quickly. I was starting to feel a cold coming on and my mom said go get some it really works...pricey but worth it. so I got the nose swabs...used them twice 1 day and didn't have any more symptoms. That was 3 months ago. Last month i started to feel a bit like i was trying to get a cold again and i used 1 swab...no more symptoms.. There is no smell, no sting, nothing, just a gel on a swab that you out on the inside of each nostril... anything else? just ask, if i know i'll tell...honestly..j/k G > > > > I was curious...is ZICAM allowed? it's an herbal remedy for colds > > and it worked well for me...but I am pre-op so not consticted to > > what I can use _yet! > > ZICAM is a glear nose gel that has no smell, no sting, nothing, > it's > > kinda weird, but it works - honestly...my mom turned me on to it > and > > I am a skeptic when it comes to herbal remedies. > > Ask PCP or group what they think? > > > > L > > > > PS - R U going to be ok to go tomorrow night? i can bring some > > ZICAM swabs with me if you wanna try...kind of pricey! > >
