I don't know- but where did you get this iron? Sounds like what I need

(aka jump start)! Is it over the counter or pre-scrip?

Also I have heard people talk about taking zinc. A regular stomach has

issues absorbing zinc, so how do we absorb it? What do we use?

carybonol iron is otc as is zinc, i take both have been for quite

some time... the zinc also helps with our hair and scalp issues...

Do you swallow them like regular pills? or do you crush them? How

large are they?

It's over the counter and it's called Feosol, Carbonyl Iron. It's not

cheap but I don't care! I got mine at Wally world.

The zinc connection I don't know about...Peachy??
