Guest guest
Hi, , i saw this post awhile back about cortisol. I have been working some late hours recently and don't usually get to bed until about 11:45 i was wondering if you think its a good idea to try to suppress cortisol, since more is produced when you don't get to bed early. I already take the neuro optimizer which has a the suppressor phosphatidylserine, but i've stopped taking magnesium, when then the majority of the anxiety i was experiencing in my gut when away. Do you think it would be wise to start taking magnesium again or to take Ashwaganda? Or is this something i don't need to be concerned about? thanks -joe > Dear , > > > You said: > > <<it is great to find u again i am from prozaz > awareness group a couple of quest for ya dr tracy talks about > cortisal alot as being bad and when u take ssri s it increases > it my ques is have u heard about products such as cortislim > which claim to reduce cortisal levels>> > > > > ** You can reduce cortisol for far less money than it takes to buy a > bottle of Cortislim ($50).
