I'm not sure words can help relieve the pain. I can only empathize with

you, as I know what the pain of the loss of a loved one is like.

Keep your positive thoughts. It sounds as though you know your sister

wants you to be in your best physical condition, so as to enjoy life to

its fullest. Honor her memory.

If you will share her name with us, I will add her to my prayer

intentions.

May God bless you and give you and all the members of your family the

strength to move forward in life.

Sincerely,

I'm sorry to hear about your sister. Something I heard someone say

the other day might helped life in general make a lot of sense. Life

is a series of letting go, sometime temporaily and sometime

permanently. Letting go is hard. We don't have a choice. Our

thoughts will be with you and you'll always remember the the good

times with her. We've all been through " letting go " so we understand

what you are going through.

My condolences and prayers to you and your family on the loss of

your sister. It is always a tragedy to lose a loved one. My God be

with you and her family in this time of grief.

As for the healthy lifestyle - We are here for YOU and no doubt will

share your successes as they come and urge you on to being the best

you can be.
