thay took an SSRI or not. With magnesium doing so many things in the body,

this manifests in ways of which people aren't even aware.

It is not specifically recommended for people who have taken SSRIs. It

is specifically recommended for people who have taken drugs that deplete or

block the assimilation of magnesium or people showing signs of magnesium

deficiency.

Thanks for the advice . It's been great to have no tingling

in my hands and feet, and I've been able to exercise each day,

something I haven't been able to do for a long time due to aching

muscles.

Hi Liz,

That's wonderful that you are feeling better too:) I honestly used to

be skeptical about taking vitamin tablets, but no longer. The

difference is so cool!

I'm also taking Inositol, Fish oil, Lethicin and drink or put whey protein in a lot of my foods a couple of times a day.

Whey protein has a lot of amino acids in it. I'm hoping that what they say about Fish oil rings true also. I read that it improves mood. I will see in the long run if it does or not :o) So far so good.
