What are the specific problems? Regards,
Guest guest
<<I have been off paxil for about two weeks now, i had read some where about 5htp and B12..i have the normal withdrawl symptoms, feeling tired headaches, etc..>> ** When talking about this the word " etc. " is meaningless to me. Not every perosnn exhibits the same symptoms. Some of the symptoms can't be avoided. Others you can mitigate by taking good vitamins, minerals, magnesium, calcium, and potassium. You're also going to be the first online recipient of the name of a product that is appropriate for withdrawal symptoms. It is a Chinese herbal formula called Zhi Gan Cao Tang http://shop.store.yahoo.com/healingherbsofchina/3396.html This should not be taken if you have thyroid problems. In our files you can fing info on magnesium and calcium: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Withdrawal_and_Recovery/files/ I have a new recommendation for vitamins. It is less expensive than the one I used to recommend. Buried Treasure VM100 Complete Citrus Medley http://www.lifesvigor.com/Buried-Treasure-Products.html Overall, I prefer SupraLife's Colloidal trace Minerals but if saving $5 is important to you I would recommend this: http://store.yahoo.com/harvesthealth/colmin32oz.html If you want to tell me the " etc. " part of the symptoms I may be able to find an appropriate Bach Flower Essence for you. In my experience, people who load up on a full spectrum of nutrients survive this better and get through it more quickly than those who don't. Guest guest
An extra note: Zhi Gan Cao Tang should not be taken if you tend toward being too warm. C
Guest guest
One more time: For too much heat, HY-C Kidney tonifier is best. http://www.healthy-sunshine.com/hy-c.htm Regards,
