Hey Steph, calling Dr. Nease is a great idea. It does sound logical that it

is a bowel problem. I have heard that twisting of the intestines is a

common side effect of our surgery. My prayers are with you sweety! Yes, it

is coming at one heck of a bad time, just get yourself fixed and ride it

out. Rest up! Try to have a great Sunday. (((((hugs))))) Len

Hey folks,

Thanks for all the advice. I slept pretty well last night and

actually woke up with no pain. But once I started moving around it

started up again.

I do have my gall bladder, but this pain is totally on the left side

and not even moving around. It's very consistant with where it is.

So here's my plan. Monday morning I'm going to call my medical group

and see what they tell me about seeing another doctor. If they can't

help, there was an assistant surgeon during my surgery who is seeing

Dr. Nease's patients for a heafty charge, and he's in Inglewood, but

if he's all I can get to I guess I'm going to have to do it. I also

may try to call Dr. Nease in West Virginia tomorrow and see if he has

any suggestions.

I am also leaning strongly toward this being some bowel problem as I

do tend to have an ongoing problem with constipation. I really do

think it may just be excessive gas going into the old stomach and it

has nowhere to escape to. Hell, what do I know. I know nothing

about medicine.

Happy Sunday everyone. Only 6 days till Christmas and I'm not ready.

I hate not feeling well. I don't have time for this.

Hugs to all,

Steph

Ahaa...........bowel stuff you say? I bet it is something to do with

that. I know when I suffer from constipation at times...I think I'm

gonna die if I don't GO!

I hope you get some answers/suggestions tomorrow! Good luck and you

know what? Scr*w Christmas stuff--the things that Christmas is

supposed to mean include BEING HEALTHY!!!!
