Guest guest
- I went from a 12 to an 8 in my first challenge. Working on the " something smaller " in this one! :-) I followed the cardio perfectly the last challenge, and YES it is enough. " Quality, not quantity " is more what HIIT is about. -Lianne > This is what I need to hear! Guest guest
, I do 3 days of HIIT and have lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks. However, when I have excess energy I do a little " active rest " on my free day. A hike, bike ride, swim, jog......it has worked for me. Also, it has kept me calmer during the week. This is just my 2 cents!! Jack
Guest guest
Magenta - I am at the tail end of my seventh week of my first challenge and I have lost 4 inches around my waist and two inches around each thigh, in addition to 10 pounds. As you can see in some of the past posts, I am having trouble doing three HIIT in a week, but with the help of members on this board, I am coming up with new ways to approach the cardio. So even though I am not a model pupil of the BFL program, I keep trying and I can see my sucess. You can do it! Just remember what always says " prgress not perfection " . I think about a million of us have made it our personal moto! =) Good luck! ~. > I know I shouldn't be second guessing, but I'm about to hop back on > the BFL bandwagon, and I guess I just want to hear some testimonials > that 3 days of cardio HIIT combined with the weight training (which > is by far my favorite), is truly enough to lose inches/weight. > > I'm looking to hit a size 8 (I'm a 10/12 right now) by the end of the > challenge, if not smaller! Guest guest
In my first challenge (2 1/2 years ago) I lost over 30 lbs. Can't remember how many inches but I know I went from a 14/16 to a either an 8 or a 6 depending on who made the clothes. I followed BFL to the T (except I do abs on cardio days). So, it can be done!!
