Guest guest
Alisa, You are probably on your way already, but I want you to know that I'm thinking about you. Have a wonderful, safe drive and an even better visit with your grandparents. That has to be a very special way to spend the holiday. I know you are going to have a wonderful time and your grandparents will feel blessed that you are with them. Guest guest
Hey Steph! Thank you, I did have a good time and didn't even consider overeating! In fact my period started late Friday and for some weird reason I lost my appetite until late Saturday! My grands are doing well. My grandfather recognized me, which is a complete blessing since he's got Alzheimer's. I did cry though when I had to leave him at the home Saturday. The realization that he might not be here next year hit home and made me even more thankful I DID go this time. My grandmother is hilarious! For once I thought I might sleep past 6...yeah right! I was able to do 8:30 Thursday but then all bets were off! She devised ingenious ways to " wake me up " lol! God love her! > > Alisa, > > You are probably on your way already, but I want you to know that I'm thinking about you. Have a wonderful, safe drive and an even better visit with your grandparents. Guest guest
Hi Alisa, Glad you got home safe and sound. How wonderful that your Grandpa knew who you were. That had to be worth the trip in and of itself. Plus being there for and with your grandmother had to be joyous. I miss not having extended family anymore. Treaure your times with them for as long as you can. Hugs, Steph > > > > Alisa, > > > > You are probably on your way already, but I want you to know that > I'm thinking about you.
