Guest guest
You are going to have to do better if you want to see good results. Skipping meals and eating 2 meals together is not an option. Whole wheat bagel with turkey is a questionable meal. Most luncheon turkey is full of sodium and not enough protein. I'm not familiar with the carb counter bagels. Banana, celery, and peanut butter is not a BFL meal. Check your authorized proteins. For meal 6 you made the best of the situation. You kept had a small piece of cake and that's okay. I'd say you either had a bad day or need to do better planning. If you are eating like this every day, the program won't work. I hope you don't think I'm sounding all negative on you. I think it is great you are asking questions. And if you think it is bad, you are probably right. Andy > Today I had a bit harder of a time sticking with my meals... Guest guest
I thought that Natural Peanut Butter was an authorized protein every once in a while??? I am already seeing results. That was the 1st day that I ever messed up, listen, you were really negative, and Im trying as hard as I can. ~
Guest guest
Peanut Butter is a healthy fat, not a healthy protein. Guest guest
This is kind of off topic. I'm not sure I should say this, but it needs to be said and we all need to be aware. and maybe others in this group were also on the BFL101 group. Somone sent a message to Yahoo that BFL101 violated Yahoo's TOS, and Yahoo yanked the group last week. I've been in contact with owner and so far she hasn't been able to get a response. She recently made me one of the moderators as well. I contacted Yahoo and received this response: Yahoo! may, in appropriate circumstances and in its sole discretion, terminate Groups that appear to have violated the Yahoo! Terms of Service (TOS). In some cases, Groups may be deleted by an Owner or Moderator. You may want to contact the owner or moderator(s) regarding your concern. I did contact the owner and I was one of the moderators and have not been told why the group was deleted. The group did have some problems with recently new members making accusations that were untrue regarding the group owner. So, be aware that anyone (including trolls) could make some false accusation about a group and Yahoo will feel free to yank it without notifying anyone. I feel really badly for the group that was lost and can't believe that anyone could be so cruel to break up an online community in this way. I feel Yahoo is cruel in yanking the group without any notification. If they wish to yank my Yahoo ID and all my groups, they can feel free. What they did is wrong (in my opinion). Andy > Hi , > > Have to say that I think you're way off base by saying that Andy was " really negative " . I read his email and it wasn't negative at all, it was wonderfully informative. Andy is a great source of information regarding BFL and since you were the one who asked for comments, you shouldn't complain when you receive them. This is a very supportive list with great information and it offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about the finer points of BFL from people who have gone through the program and have obtained fantastic results. Please don't criticize them for trying to help you out – especially when you requested their comments. > > R. >
