Guest guest
GREAT attitude Terry! I remember I didn't see anything different in my 4 week pics during my 1st challenge either!! I wanted to cry (but that might have been a PMS thing, who knows?) but then I hadn't seen much change in inches or on the scale either, so I wasn't too suprised. Once I got the 12 week pics back though... wow, THERE was my big change!! Glad I kept going. Also, my 2nd challenge, funny enough, the 4 week pics there showed a big difference. Hmmm..... lesson learned: keep going no matter what. Eventually the results show up, but they don't always do it on your timetable (like I said earlier to Dee Dee).
