I finally got the nerve to post my pic...

It's a bold move for me, but I finally did it. I posted some pics.

The body shot was taken exactly 12 weeks after starting my first BFL

challenge and about 24 weeks after I began to modify my eating and

exercise patterns. I was 33# down since Feb 8 when I topped out at

188#. I just got the August pic yesterday. So.. here it is.

I couldn't pass up this opportunity to show you my family that I'm

quite proud of. That pic was taken 4 days after my 'body shot'.

For those of you that read my earlier posts, that family photo was

taken at my niece's wedding, which coincided with my '3 day binge'.

School starts soon for me and I'll be busily getting ready over the

next few days. Hope to keep on track with my eating and exercise.

I missed my UBW today, but hope to get it in tomorrow.

Nice pics Bruce!! I love the " reallllly before pic " , made me

laugh. Good for you on the awesome progress too! You should be

very proud of yourself.
