I believe the USDA food pyramid to be very flawed as a result of

agriculture not nutrition people having the most input. I think the

Harvard food pyramid is much much much healthier and more inline

with BFL principles as well. It isn't a perfect match, but I use it

as my guide, not the 'old' pyramid.

Bruce, for some reason the link won't work with me. I'd love to read

Harvard's take on the Food Pyramid. Maybe the link will work tomorrow

(sometimes it works that way with links).

Yes, the Harvard pyramid is a great improvement. I'm hoping it was

taken into considering when establishing the new USDA pyramid.
