LOL! Good, another bird hater! Can't stand being work up by the

little buggers. Fixed them, though... I get up at 4:30 am and wake

their birdie butts up.

As far as the nutrition thing, that was a major adjustment for me as

well. Now, I take my backpack to work with me every day and have a

grocery bag of supplies in it. I own 1/2c, 1c, sandwich, and salad

sized gladware containers and those make it all possible. Just

planning and having the stuff handy goes a LONG ways. I pack all my

stuff up either the night before, or in the morning.

Congrats on surviving a week! I have an upper body workout tonight

(ouch) and running tomorrow then it is a BREAK!!! Yay! I live for

Sundays.

Have a good one,

OR you can do my favorite bird-silencing trick: get up as soon as

the birdies start their incredibly annoying chirping and let the

kitty cats outside. Ahhhh, blessed silence. LOL

LOL!!! Too funny. I let the dog out at that time... would have to

rent a cat... and take a lot of Benadryl. ;-)

Funny thing - there is this abandoned cat that my neighbors and I take

care of and he will climb into the tree to get the birds, but there is

this one bird who sits out there and makes that god-awful noise. The

cat has tried to get him, but now the bird dive-bombs the cat

everytime he sees the cat walk by. It is nature at its best, but I

wish the cat would win this Darwinian battle and give me the chance to

get a full night's rest!
