Guest guest
Yay Lianne!! Good for you, girl! You are doing really great, and the accountability-factor probably has a lot to do with that. Keep up the good work, and definitely continue to keep us posted on your progress. Even though sometimes you might not get a lot of responses to a " progress report " post, you better believe that everyone is reading them, and a lot of people are getting inspired and/or motivated. Guest guest
Thank you, thank you very much. ;-) Yeah.. that's kind of what I figure... responses not necessary, but perhaps someone else can benefit from my iterations of my menus... -Lianne > Yay Lianne!! Guest guest
Good job. Just wondering what your caloric target is? Do you know what your deficit is at that many calories? I target a net negative 100-200 calories a day, but I'm only 5 lbs away from my target. Also, I am getting lean and might need to start bulking at the end of my 12 weeks. > Well, I managed to stay VERY close to my meal plans yesterday. Guest guest
Thanks! My deficit is at anywhere from 600-800 calories a day right now. I am targeting 1608 calories, give or take, with that whole 20% fat, 40% carb, 40% protein blend. The 1608 calories is actually a 500 per day deficit, with the real deficit including my workouts on top of lifestyle + basal. Speaking of getting lean... was looking in the mirror... and noticed two new " lumps " below my waist...LOL...was my hip bones. I freaked out until I realized what it was. Starting to get somewhat leaner I guess. This is all uncharted territory for me because I have NO clue what I am going to look like in a couple months! Never been below about 17-18% body fat judging by my appearance right now. -Lianne > Good job. Just wondering what your caloric target is? Guest guest
Yeah, thought I was developing love handles or something, but was happy they weren't squishy!! -Lianne > LOL! Congratulations on the lumps! > > R. >
